Bargain hunters can head to Google Play this morning and grab two new deals with Twilight Pro and Bulb Boy reduced to just 20c each.
Google Play App Deal of the Week
If you’ve ever laid in bed reading your phone late at night, you’ve probably had trouble falling asleep. It’s likely due to the exposure to blue light from your phone’s screen which interrupts your bodies natural rhythms and stops you falling asleep. Twilight Pro helps with this by filtering out the blue light.
Twilight Pro adapts your screen to remove the blue light, a feature that Google introduced in Android for the Pixel phones they released last year. We don’t all have Pixel phones, but we most of us would like this feature, so Twilight Pro gives you the option to use it on your phone or tablet.
Twilight Pro automatically adjusts your screen settings based on the time of day, so it knows when the suns up and when it’s down. You can also turn it off if you happen to be pulling an all nighter and don’t want that orange hue to your screen.
At just 20c this is a bargain and it’s a really handy app to have if you’ve had trouble falling asleep. Try it out, it’s quite worthwhile.

Google Play Game Deal of the Week
This game looks nuts! Bulb Boy looks like a cute little character, essentially a boy with a bulb for a head that’s in a point and click horror game.
This game looks right up my alley, it’s full of puzzles and monsters and you can even unscrew Bulb Boys head when you need to in order to get past some of these challenges. The synopsis for the game is pretty straightforward, and the trailer looks darn good as well.:
One gloomy night, Bulb Boy wakes suddenly from a frightening nightmare to discover that evil has overshadowed the Bulbhouse. His family has disappeared and there are horrid monsters lurking in the shadows. Gather the courage and use his glass head to save everything he loves. Find light in yourself!
There’s no additional In-App Purchases, its just a great looking game that seems to be a lot of fun. For 20c, it’s worth a shot, but maybe don’t let the kids play it until you’re sure they’re ready for it.

Last weeks deals, Goo Saga and Emoji Keyboard are both still just 20c each as well if you missed out on those. If you haven’t already, and you’re struggling to find 40c every week you may want to sign up for Google Opinion Rewards and get some free credit – handy hint: turn on location services and visit Woolworths, Mcdonalds and Bunnings stores to get surveys regularly.
