Oppo has gone to town drumming up hype for their latest F-series handset, the OPPO F5, which will launch later this month with a premium edge-to-edge display and unique AI camera features.
The phone is the latest in the camera focused F-series which will have a new AI selfie mode. The AI mode will scan more than 200 facial recognition points (the nose, cheek, lower jaw etc.) to deliver the best enhancements for each image. The AI will improve with each shot the more selfies you take.
As well as what we presume will be a great camera, the Oppo F5 will feature a FullHD+ (2160×1080) resolution display that runs edge to edge with almost no bezel on the sides.
The Oppo F5 will launch initially in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, but given the popularity of the F-series here in Australia we wouldn’t be surprised to see it launch here as well. Stay tuned.
