Google Glass is getting a lot of new features and the newest one, which Google has just announced on Google+ and Twitter will be arriving on Glass in the next few weeks is the ability to play music from Google Play Music through Glass.

As a Glass Explorer, users will be able to use the command ‘Ok Glass listen to….’ to access their library stored in Google Play Music as well as the tracks available through ‘All Access’. This new functionality will also be paired with a pair of stereo earbuds that have been designed specifically for Glass, and are expected to cost around the USD $85 mark. Google describes the earbuds as :

lightweight and uniquely engineered to deliver crisp, full-range audio while still letting you hear your surroundings. You can also rock out in style by customizing your buds with five interchangeable color caps

In the video that Google released alongside the announcement for the upcoming update, Young Guru, an acclaimed DJ, producer and audio engineer as well as Glass Explorer can be seen picking up the headphones from a table and shows off the five coloured earbuds :
