With the first anniversary of the launch of the Moto 360 at retail in the US, one of the nicest looking Android Wear watches is due for an update. Motorola has advised they are indeed working on a new Moto 360 and it may have just shown up in a tweet from the company themselves.
The tweet in question features quite a silly video really of how you can use the Moto 360, and indeed Android Wear to search for a video for your dog, in this case a Maltese Cross dog called Tiny Indiana Jones.
The video shows an static asset of a Moto 360 with a brand new design, with external watch band lugs and a crown located at the 1 o’clock position on the right hand side of the watch face. The big takeaway from this first look, if that’s what this is, is the ‘flat tyre’ is back.

We’ve captured the video in case the tweet is removed shortly, but it’s still live for the time being and links to the US Moto 360 website, which so far only shows the original Moto 360.
The new design matches up very closely with some of the samples that Lenovo CEO, Yang Yuanqing, showed off accidentallyback in March.
It’s a good looking watch there’s no doubt. Will it be released? Or is this just a mockup? Let us know your thoughts below.
