If you own either a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 or X10 Mini Pro purchased from Vodafone you can now update your device to Android 2.1. Most people have had success with the update using Sony Ericsson’s update software rather than the OTA method (settings -> about phone -> check updates).
On the Xperia X10 it will bring out the near-full potential of your device with 720p video recording with continual auto focus as well as full use of the 16 million colour display. Both the X10 MP & Xperia X10 will get a new 5 panel home screen, backup & restore application and new social integrated phone book.
If you have either device on Voda, please try updating and letting us know if it works for you. It seems we’ve had tremendous success with the Xperia X10 and Dell Streak on Optus in regards to updates also.
