We’ve heard from a couple of Asus Eee Pad Transformer owners that they’ve successfully updated their Honeycomb tablets to Android 3.2. This latest version of Android brings the ‘zoom’ feature that increases the size of applications that aren’t tablet-optimised, you can read about it here. The update should be coming OTA so keep an eye out if you haven’t already received it.
In other Transformer news, Asus Australia have said via a Facebook Page comment that the 3G variant of the Transformer (TF101) will hit our shores sometime in October with a price that’s “very competitive” as well as being unlocked, meaning it will be sold via retailers such as JB Hi-Fi.
