Phil outlined the rumoured specs for the Toshiba A200 Excite yesterday but Toshiba has come out and released the tablet specs at IFA today. It will be released in Europe in Q4 this year.

- 1.2GHz Dual-Core OMAP 4430 processor
- 1GB DDR2 RAM
- Built-in storage up to 64GB
- microSD, microUSB & microHDMI
- 5MP and 2MP cameras
- 7.7mm thick & weighing just 558g
- Up to 8 hour battery life
- Android 3.2 Honeycomb
