Telstra has just announced the Telstra Smart Touch 2, a budget priced pre-paid Android handset, the kicker though is you can actually get this phone in either Black or Pink. The Smart-Touch2 handset is only $99 but gives customers access to a large part of the smart phone functionality that Android has to offer, including GMail, Google Maps and of course the Google Play Store. You aren’t going to be playing HD Games on it but if you’re aiming at a $99 phone that is obviously not your intent
At $99 I’m not going to lie, it’s not got the best hardware but it is ok especially for the price tag :
