You may remember we had a friendly wager going with Kieran from Vodafone regarding the Jelly Bean update for the Nexus S. Well, after a false start, Vodafone won that fair and square and it’s time to pay up so there it is. Vodafone has again this week shown they speak Android supplying the Android 4.1.2 update to the Nexus S Over The Air to handsets, don’t worry if you haven’t got it yet it should reach you shortly.
Part of the wager was that if Vodafone couldn’t push the update out to Nexus S handsets within 2 weeks of the factory image hitting the Google Developers page they would supply a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 for us to review and a giveaway. Well, the review is up now it’s time to give it away. Now, given that it’s a pretty cheap option to replace your main phone if something did happen to it, we’ve decided to give it away like this :
Send an email to [email protected] and tell us in 25 words or less what is the most spectacular way that you have destroyed your primary phone.
The competition will run for a week, entries close midnight on the 26th of October and is only open to people living in Australia. So shoot us an email and we’ll choose the best of the bunch.
Our standard competition terms and conditions apply.
