Today we’re doing something a little different. We have a Motorola RAZR M, which we’ve held for the last six months or so following our review of this great little phone last year.
This is just one of a number of phones which graces Ausdroid’s storage cupboard and it’s time to make some space. As this is one of the devices we’ve purchased, rather than received as a freebie to review, we’d like to recover a little bit of our outlay (we paid $600 for this RAZR M), but we also want to do a bit of good.
So, we’re going to auction it off. Starting at $175, we’d like your bid, and we’ll close this off at 12 midnight tonight, 30 June 2013. Anything we raise over $200 will go to our charity, the Ausdroid Community Foundation, to help the families of seriously ill children at the Monash Medical Centre in Victoria.
What do you get?
This RAZR M is in its original packaging, and comes with original bill of sale. You’ll also receive two invoices from us — one for the handset purchase itself, and a receipt from the ACF for a tax deductible gift, which you can include in your tax return in a couple of weeks. The handset itself has two VERY minor scuff marks at the top of the screen on the bezel, but the screen itself is unmarked. The RAZR M has been updated to the latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean available for the handset, and it has been confirmed to be in 100% working order.
