Adobe, the heavy-weight of photo and media management and manipulation, has released a new app for Android that gives users a semi-private space to share photos with family and friends, without having the concern of the public stumbling across those precious memories.
Adobe Revel is a photo sharing platform with a little twist; it features user access control allowing you to share photos with a limited group. Better yet, members of that group can then add their own photos into shared collections making the service more of a collaborative photo sharing platform. This would make a great way to share photos from that family gathering or your last holiday.
Revel does a bit more than this, too. It offers full cloud-sync, allowing photos to fly between supported devices on desktop and mobile, so you can take photos with you wherever you go. There’s also a touch of Adobe’s photo editing thrown in as well.
Check it out on the Play Store below; it’s free, but does require a Google+, Facebook or Adobe account to use.
