While the launch of the All New HTC One is set for the 25th of March in London, Australia will get its first look at the phone on the 27th of March when HTC Australia holds their launch event in Sydney.
We’ve seen the phone from almost every angle, seen a walkthrough of the software that will come on the phone, even seen purported benchmarks and seen a checklist of the features that the phone will include, we even know that Telstra will be carrying the phone, but this will be our first official look at the phone and our chance to get local availability, pricing and options for the phone.
Spec wise, we’re expecting :
- 5″ 1080p
- 2.3GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801
- 16GB (with 10GB of available storage) + microSD Card slot
- ‘Ultrapixel’ 1/3.0″, f/2.0 aperture, 2µm pixel Rear Camera with 5MP Front Facing camera
- nanoSIM
- Aluminium Unibody
- 2600mAh Battery
- 146.36×70.6×9.35mm @ 160grams
But this will be confirmed once the phone is announced.
The phone is expected to come with a great list of features including dual cameras on the back dubbed Duo Camera which will give the ability to re-focus photos after they’ve been taken.
We’ve seen the phone in Grey, Gold and Silver but HTC have in the past released Red, Blue and Black variants as well, so it’s a possibility that HTC could surprise us at the launch.
We will definitely be in attendance at the launch and look forward to bringing you all the local information for the All New HTC One, if you have any questions about the phone, specs, features or accessories, let us know in the comments.
