Online store Camera Paradise based in Hong Kong have the OnePlus One 16GB for $398 including shipping.

According to their website this is the CyanogenMod 11S version and not the Color OS version that other online stores are selling.

You can add shipping insurance for an extra $12.97 or priority handling for $19.97 which still keeps the total cost to under $420.

Camera Paradise claims to have a 1-Year Door-to-Door Warranty and the phone is in stock now. You can even choose your colour as long as it is white.
