All New Moto X
Motorola has just announced the all new Moto X. Instead of carrying the much rumoured Moto X+1 name, Motorola have instead simply called the phone the new Moto X.

With the tag line: ‘The new Moto X: Pure style. Pure performance’, Motorola will have a lot to live up to, but their previous efforts with the Moto line, have shown they can deliver performance. Syle wise, the new Moto X will have a curved metal frame body with an upsized screen carrying a FullHD resolution, at 5.2″ and 1080P, it’s going to attract some criticism from fans of the original Moto X’s 4.7″ form factor, but it looks to be a good. The Moto X is being released, in the US at least with FSC certified wooden, as well as genuine Horween leather backs, though no mention of the Moto Maker customisation service has been announced.

New Moto X

Avaialability wise, we again seem to be on a bit of a wait for the Moto X, although it seems it won’t be as long as the previous model. The new Moto X will be arriving in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia starting later this month for around $499.99. Closer to home, Motorola Australia advise the phone will be available for purchase later this year, with pricing and timing to be announced closer to the launch.
