You’ve been patient long enough. Owners of the Nexus 7 (2012) GSM and Nexus 7 (2013) LTE can today celebrate with Google finally releasing Android 5.0.2 factory images and Binaries for the tablets on their developers page.
The update takes the tablets from Android 4.4.4 (KTU84P) to Android 5.0.2 (LRX22G). The images are available now on the Factory Images page or you can grab them from the links below :
