Nexus 6 - Header Resized
Google’s Motorola Nexus 6 is one of the most expensive Nexus phones that have arrived on the market for a few years. Priced at $869 for the 32GB version and $929 for the 64GB on the Google Store, they aren’t a cheap buy in for developers or users wanting a ‘Pure Google’ experience. Harvey Norman however has knocked that price down fairly significantly to a tantalising $688.

Both the 32GB models of the ‘Dark Blue’ and ‘Light Grey’ – Harvey Norman code for the Midnight Blue and Cloud White colours – have been dropped down from the usual $888 price. Around the traps, The Good Guys have the Midnight Blue model for $868, while JB Hifi is asking $888 for a choice of Blue or White.

Harvey Norman are offering a choice of free in-store pickup or having the handset delivered, though you’ll pay $5.95 to have it delivered to most places with a Harvey Norman within range.

Around the world, Google has dropped the price on the Nexus 6 on their Google Store but we haven’t seen a corresponding drop here. In the UK it saw an £80 reduction, dropping the 32GB version to £399 or £469 for the 64GB model. The US has it listed for US$499 for the 32GB model, and US$549 for the 64GB.

If you’re after a Nexus 6, this is an excellent time to grab one. Head over to the Harvey Norman website to grab one while stocks last.
