Google Play Deals of the Week are back in full swing this week with Cartoon Networks Card Wars – Adventure Time and ArtRage: Draw, Paint, Create both reduced to just 20c each on Google Play.

Google Play App Deal of the Week

ArtRage: Draw, Paint, Create

If you’re a little creative in the art department, specifically in the drawing or painting area then ArtRage: Draw, Paint, Create looks like a great app.

It’s exactly what it says it is, letting you draw or paint with paint, pencils, chalk and more letting you digitally create your next masterpiece. There’s a whole heap of tools to use from a range of paint brushes to pens, pencils and more. You get realistic effects from the paints, or materials you draw with and let you choose from a massive amount of colours.

The app seems fairly well received if you check out this review of the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 12.2:

I’m not the best person to try this out, my artistic range is finite, but there’s no In-App Purchases with this app, and you can use it offline. If you want to give it a go, check it out now while it’s down to just 20c on Google play.

Google Play Game Deal of the Week

Card Wars – Adventure Time

If you love Finn and Jake from the hit Cartoon Network show Adventure Time, then this could be a great game for you to check out.

It’s Card Combat, you use your decks which you can customise with new cards featuring Husker Knights, Cool Dog, the Immortal Maize Walker, and even the Pig to battle your opponent. You can build your deck to be the best available, and win all the battles. It sounds like a lot of fun.

You better believe there’s IAP in this game, with options to purchase stuff from $0.99 – $29.99 per item. It’s expensive if you get hooked, but there’s some freeplay components to it.

Dan’s Deal of the Week

I like video and audio players. I don’t know why but my Google Play history is full of purchases of random video and audio players. This one, Video Player Pro by Halos, is good value because it’s Free!

It supports all the audio and video formats you generally need (MKV , MP4 , AVI , MOV , Ogg , FLAC , TS , M2TS , Wv , AVI , MP3 , WAV , WMV , RMVB , 3GP , M4V , MPG , FLV and AAC) and comes with a built-in file browser to find all the files on our local or SD card storage. The player also has support for playing all the music on your SD card in a playlist.

It’s pretty simple, it’s free, so it’s a great deal. Check it out now.
