After announcing the launch of their Sleepbuds back in June, it appears the tiny devices which will help you sleep by cancelling out ambient noise around you are going on-sale on the 10th of September for $379.
The Bose noise-masking sleepbuds were launched earlier this year in an IndieGoGo campaign, and are designed not to stream music but instead play soothing masking sounds that cover up the sounds around you so you can get to, and stay asleep.
The buds pair with the Bose Sleep app for both Android and iOS, from which you select which of the 10 pre-loaded soothing sounds you want to listen to, as well as set any alarms you want and the volume level.
The Bose sleepbuds are designed for comfort, with three sizes of ‘StayHear+ Sleep tips’ used to keep the buds securely, and comfortably in your ears whether you’re a side sleepers or toss-and-turn while you sleep. The buds come in a handy storage case which also provides an additional full charge when not in use, though the batteries in the buds last up to 16 hours of use off one charge.
The Bose noise-masking sleepbuds will be available from both Harvey Norman and JB HiFi with a bonus Natural Silk Sleep Mask on offer for those who pre-order before September 10th – or you can head over to the Bose Australia website.
