Anker SOLIX has unveiled the latest addition to its home energy lineup with the launch of its next-generation SOLIX X1 Hybrid energy storage systems. Revealed at the Anker SOLIX Showcase in Sydney, the new systems aim to provide Australians with greater energy independence, efficiency, and cost savings as electricity prices continue to rise.

The newly launched SOLIX X1 range includes Hybrid Three Phase and Hybrid Single Phase models, designed for households either starting or expanding their solar energy journey. These models join the previously released AC Coupled system, which is geared toward users upgrading existing solar setups. With enhanced flexibility and intelligent energy management, the SOLIX X1 enables Australians to optimise how and when they use power—whether from solar panels during the day or stored battery energy at night. The system allows users to shift to off-grid living or discharge energy during high-tariff periods to maximise savings.

Marketing Manager Andres Novoa emphasised the importance of smarter energy solutions in the current climate of price volatility and unreliable grid power. He highlighted that the SOLIX X1 delivers reliable, scalable backup power during outages and is designed to endure Australia’s harsh conditions—all without compromising the home’s aesthetic appeal.

Engineered for performance and resilience, the SOLIX X1 features a modular design that supports storage capacities from 5kWh to 180kWh and power outputs ranging between 3.68kW and 72kW. With its ultra-slim 15cm profile and sandstone grey finish, it blends discreetly into residential spaces. Durability is also a key focus—the system is water- and dust-resistant with an IP66 rating and corrosion-resistant coating, allowing it to perform in extreme weather conditions from cold to blistering heat.

Advanced features include seamless backup power that kicks in within 10 milliseconds during blackouts, smart energy optimisation that maximises storage efficiency, and the ability for each battery pack to function independently to prevent energy loss. The system also includes three energy management modes: Self Consumption, Time-of-use, and Off Grid—allowing users to adapt their energy strategy to suit different needs and lifestyles.

With a 10-year warranty and built-in safety features like a 0V battery port and LiFePO4 components, the SOLIX X1 ensures users’ peace of mind. Energy usage and performance can also be tracked and managed via the Anker app, offering complete control and transparency.

Beyond the home, Anker SOLIX offers a range of portable power solutions, including the F3800, C1000, and C300 models. These models support off-grid living and power everything from gadgets to electric vehicles when paired with solar panels or additional battery packs.

The SOLIX X1 represents a significant step in home energy technology, empowering Australians to take control of their energy future with a smarter, more resilient solution.
