CMF by Nothing, the sub-brand of London-based consumer tech company Nothing, has announced the launch of its latest most intelligent smartwatch yet according to the company, the CMF Watch 3 Pro.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro Pro combines precision health tracking, AI-powered coaching, and a bold visual identity to help users move smart and stay in the know.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is made from a precision-milled metal body, soft-touch silicone straps, and a vibrant 1.43” AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels that include an always on display support alongside 130 custom watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated options via Watch Face Studio, meaning you can the make the watch a true expression and customisation that fits your personality.
Watch 3 Pro is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, alongside delivering up to 13 days of battery life under typical use with full charging taking up to just 99 minutes , a 2 day increase from the previous CMF Watch Pro 2. It also delivers 11 days with heavier tracking, and around 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled.
The Watch 3 Pro also comes with ChatGPT integration, where you can ask questions, get facts, or set reminders, all using natural-language voice prompts. Furthermore, built-in voice recorder with auto-transcription helps capture notes or ideas on the go, and a News Reporter tool delivers daily digests based on your interests.
Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, and 140-character quick replies round out a smart, intuitive experience that keeps up with you. An additional microphone has been added to improve call pickup.
AI-powered post-workout summaries break down performance with helpful guidance on recovery time, training load, and even 5K/10K endurance predictions. The watch also detects seven core activities automatically so you never miss a session even if you forget to hit start. A new four-channel heart rate sensor offers improved accuracy across all skin tones and workout intensities. Also included in the Watch 3 Pro is advanced health tracking tools such as blood oxygen monitoring (SpO2), stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration and inactivity reminders, and women’s health support, offering a full view of your wellbeing every day.
All CMF smartwatches — including Watch Pro and Watch Pro 2 — are transitioning to the Nothing X app, offering improved stability, a refreshed UI, and smarter tools for health, fitness, and personalisation. Users can now manage their watch and audio devices in one place, with support for Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect.
The CMF Watch 3 pro will be available in either Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange colours from either the CMF/Nothing website alongside retail partners JB Hi-Fi and Optus for AUD$179.
