Expansys - ZenWatch
With all the fanfare of the LG G Watch R launching at retail and on Google Play today, and the added frustration of trying to obtain a Moto 360, you’d be forgiven for forgetting about another Android Wear watch which has been announced, but not launched, the Asus ZenWatch.

Expansys are currently taking pre-orders for the Asus ZenWatch, asking A$294.99 exc. + Delivery, although as Expansys will ship the watch into Australia, it’s probably not likely that GST will be applied as it falls below the $1000 threshold.

The ZenWatch has a variety of functions, from Health tracking, through to remote camera, call muting and Find My Phone funcitons. It’s also one of the more stylish Android Wear watches on the market, with a finely crafted body with rose gold color layering and a stitched leather band.

In terms of hardware, the ZenWatch appears to be on-par with the rest of the Android Wear watches on the market, including :

Announced back at IFA in September, Asus has yet to actually announce an official launch date for the ZenWatch, and Expansys are not saying anything about expected dates. Based on the terms and conditions for a competition to give away a ZenWatch on the Asus Facebook page though, which lists winners being notified on the 10th of December, it appears that mid-December could be about right.

If the Asus ZenWatch has taken your fancy, then you can head across to the Expansys website and place a pre-order now.
